My entire experience with the Zoom interview process was awesome! The process was extremely fair and straightforward. The recruiter was exceptional about explaining the process and keeping me informed. It consisted of a video chat with two designers. Second, an in-person presentation with the team followed by a 1-on-1 with the Head of Design. The last step was another video chat with the Head of Product. Everyone was very friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. I received an offer the same week after speaking with the Head of Product and I accepted! I must say, this was the best interview process I've ever experienced.
