The interview process was quite structured. I applied via Linkedin on the job opening. After couple of weeks got call from HR , for the initial online interview. The interview went well, it was online and the panel consisted of HR Manager, Hiring Manager and Line Manager of The Hiring Manager. This was followed by a 2nd interview that too was online, this time the panel was increased and had Regional Management as well.
