Entrevista
Interview consisted of recruiter and hiring manager calling on Phone. Hiring manager was nice and seemed competent in project management arena. Recruiter handled his job very well considering he has a tough job of getting good talent here. I had no idea about the company's people (their competency) based on my talk with recruiter and hiring manager. So went for onsite 1:1 interview which was a big disappointment and waste of time. Most people working or interviewing me were highly incompetent and seemed not very satisfied with their jobs. Hiring manager was little new to her job and was better than others. Most of higher management consisted of old folks who just wanted to listen in their way or highway without knowledge of newer technologies or willingness to adapt/change as such. They were not able to present themselves, in fact weret ill prepared. Also company environment looked like lacking appreciation or motivation and seemed very poorly managed. Not sure how the decision making process is and it seems highly likely employees are working because they can't find jobs anywhere else. Director of support operations seemed like a joke. It seems he was really unhappy with offshore operations. They seem to base their decisions based on who they feel might support them.
