The interview process started with a phone screening. I was asked specific questions like my education level and why I wanted to work for Zoetis. Then I moved on to the formal interview with 2 different hiring managers.

I was really disappointed with this interview process. It seems zoetis is a great company to work for IF you make it past the interview process. I went through 3 interviews and each time nobody could or would answer any of my questions regarding salary. The description listed a range of 65-80 I believe but the initial recruiter told me it would be low 50s for some reason and nobody could expound further on the compensation structure. Additionally they were not able to give me any timetable of when decisions would be made or even tell me what next steps would be. Overall the process took about 6 weeks with no end in sight and I was entertaining other offers. I wish they had given me more info to make an informed decision and stopped dragging their feet. Made me feel like they didn't value my experience or what I could bring to the company. In the end I had to accept a position with another company and zoetis finally contacted me to say after 6 grueling and confusing weeks they had decided not to progress my application with no further explanation. That is their right, but it was not the correct choice. Now I'm going to be doing a great job at another company.
