I was scheduled afternoon of a Wednesday and everything went smooth and fast. Met with the people I will be working with and they gave me a clear idea of what they are looking for and what I will be doing if i get hired. It was a pretty straightforward interview, nothing crazy.They also gave me a tour of the place. Next day, early morning, I got a call from the HR with the offer.

During my two interviews, I felt completely undervalued, as neither interviewer turned on their camera. This lack of engagement made the experience feel impersonal, dismissive, and as though my time and effort didn’t matter.

The interview process was over teams, and it was very relaxed and informal. The head of the department interviewed me, and it was the first time someone actually read my entire resume and asked about my hobbies.

Extensive interview with each supervisor, one by one. Took about 2-3 hours, but every single one of them was so warm and welcoming. They seem to really foster a nice little familial community over there.
