I was referred by an internal employee for a position on the Talent Acquisition team. A recruiter reached out to schedule an initial phone screen and we had a great initial chat. They said the new Talent leadership team was debating the leveling of the role, hiring more junior vs. more senior, and that they would get back to me once there was a decision. I never heard back from the recruiter and this was after sending a follow-up note to inquire about the status of the search.
