Recruiter screening interview followed by hiring manager interview within a week. HM interview went great and he said he wanted to schedule a follow up with him and a meeting with sales leadership when he returned to office. Was ghosted by recruiter and HM with no response to follow up emails. Finally received the automated email "we decided to move forward with another candidate" about 6 -8 weeks later. Honesty up front would have been much better but apparently that's not the way they operate there.
