Interviewed with the hiring manager and director (2 separate interviews). Hiring manager is very technical and upbeat, easy to talk to. Director is the opposite, non-technical and very difficult to talk to. Several times as I was answering his questions he would tell me to speed it up or get to the point. Director basically has very little social/people/interview skills. Would decline offer even if I got one. Job itself is basically 2 positions combined (technical support + customer success) so you are doing 2 jobs but only paid for one.
