Salary Discussion HR rounds are just a formality, so it's not difficult at all. In the operations round they will ask you many questions regarding your availability to work overtime every day (they will make you work overtime every day) So if you are not ok with something please state that clearly here in the operations rounds. Ask questions on how the process works and you will know if it's worth it or not there and then. Management will not know the process throughly.
