Applied online, was contacted for a video screen with HR. Then moved onto a round 1 interview with the hiring manager; this was a really interesting interview because the manager actually pulled up the ad library for some competitors and asked me for my opinion on their asset mix, which I felt was really positive and allowed me to show my skills instead of just doing the standard questions. Then I did an assignment to showcase my skills, before doing a round 2 interview with directors in the company, going over the assignment. Did not hear back after this meeting for quite some time, but did eventually have the HR team let me know they had moved forward with someone else. Overall the process was very positive, albeit with some delays in responsiveness from the HR team.

The entire process took about 3-4 weeks. I first had a short phone call interview with their recruiter. Shortly after, I was set up to have a video interview with the manager. I was then asked to complete a 3 part creative challenge. A little over a week later, I received a generic rejection email with absolutely no feedback on the work I submitted. I would've liked to know what I could've improved on for other roles I'm applying to but it is what it is. Overall it would be nice if they were more responsive and communicative throughout the process.
