Entrevista
I had a brief 15-20 min call with Amie from recruitment department and she was very friendly and warm.
I then was invited to a cultural fix interview with two members of the team. Both very nice and friendly and I got to understand how the department works and if I had any questions.
I then had a face to face interview with the Risk Manager and her Manager. The interview was more of a casual chat which was cool. It was mainly on me as a person and not my experience as it was stated multiple times. iZettle hires people, not CV's. However, I did not get the role due to having not enough Payment experience. The two managers was very warming and quite relaxed and fun to speak to.
I was then invited to a second interview via Google Hangout with a senior manager. It was more of a speech from the Interviewer about iZettle and what do I think not the company and how can I add value . . He was very polite and funny to speak to.
It look long for iZettle to get back to me but this was due to the high number of applications, which is understandable.
I just think they should include some sort of a technical test to gauge experience. As I may of past a payments test if there was one as I do have experience with Stripe payments that I did not mention on my CV or interview.
Overall the experience was a pleasant one and it would have been a good opportunity. I will now go away and try to find payment experience.
