After a logical test you are called for several rounds of personal interviews. If you apply from abroad sometimes they also fly you in. All managers will talk to you from the team and the teammates have also a word in hiring you. In the end of the process you often meet everyone from the team. They check if you are a good fit to the team and you can also decide easier based on this meeting.
