Painfully long process. Took just under 4 months. 3 interviews and 1 assignment/presentation. Had me work on a actual use case which is a red flag. Zero communication after my final interview/presentation with team. Have contacted multiple times to ask if they made a decision and they have been silent. Feel like they are using potential employees to do work for free then ghosting.

This company’s hiring process is an absolute nightmare—long, drawn-out, and ultimately a complete waste of time. I applied in early December, went through multiple interview rounds over the course of several months, and passed every stage. When I finally met with the Head of Product, he told me he needed someone “yesterday,” yet still pushed me through to another round.
And then? Silence.
The recruiter claimed they would schedule the next round once someone returned from PTO. I followed up multiple times, only to be completely ghosted—just like many other candidates have reported. Even after reaching out to the new Head of Design directly, I received no response. Not even the basic courtesy of a rejection email.
This company clearly has no respect for candidates’ time or effort. Their inability to communicate professionally or follow through on their own hiring process speaks volumes about their internal dysfunction. If they treat potential hires this poorly, I can only imagine how they treat their employees. Avoid this place.
