The interview was quite smooth and transitioning.
First round will be initial HR screening call. Second round will be all about self-assement, knowing if we are a good fit, learn on background, third round will case study assignment, and then have a live case study discussion. And culture fit round and head of growth round..
The interview process was smooth and pretty fast-paced. It kicked off with an initial call with HR, focused on my background and overall fit for the role. The second round was more hands on, it focused on role play, communication, and the prospecting process. After that, I had a deep-dive discussion based on an assignment I submitted. This third round touched on Assignment review & walk through, ABM strategy, situational problem solving, technical, and included another role-play where I pitched Zenskar’s product. The final round was all about culture fit.
Overall, it was a really unique experience, well structured, and very different from the usual interview process.

Entrevista
There were three rounds of interview -
R1 - Getting to know me and my prior work experience.
R2 - A small assignment given to see how I approach the problem given to me along with a mock cold call.
R3 - A cultural round to understand what my goals are and to also understand the company goals and how it all aligns.
