The interview process was just the right blend of formal and informal. The interviewers really seemed to have studied my CV and were very prepared. It was a no pressure situation, if I was unable to answer a question it was re-phrased in a way that I would understand as my working background was a bit different from the interviewers, so some of the terminology they used I didn't understand at 1st but they were very patient and made sure I understood what would be required of me in my new role.
