Actually not 1 but 3 processes. I thought I knew the recruiter's name and when I searched my email history, it came up 3 times - he even reached out on LinkedIn once. Each time, he never followed up past the first email/inmail. So, either he's the only recruiter at Zenith and is swamped, which is concerning; or he's just incompetent and I'm terribly unlucky to come across him everytime, which is equally concerning.
