The first HR reached out to me on LinkedIn and only followed up on what she started six weeks later. And then she referred me to another HR, who arranged an interview with me. That one was smooth as well as the second interview with the team head. After that, the HR invited to me the third interview and disappeared before we align on the interview date. That was really unprofessional of how both HR just ghosted on the candidate whenever they want.
