I was called in to interview and the web link that was sent to me wasnt working properly so I sought out assistance through the Zenefits website chat feature. The person I was communicating with took my information and made contact with the interviewer for me, but not before he looked at my LinkedIn profile, which I thought was very strange. The interview was cordial enough, very surface but the interviewer was not interested in me at all, even though I'm more than qualified. but I already figured I wasn't going to get the job simply by looking for myself at the pictures of the employees. There is definitely a diversity issue here.
