Interview process was over the course of 2 and a half months which ultimately left me ghosted. I had an an initial phone interview with the recruiter and then a few weeks later had an interview via zoom with the hiring manager. To my knowledge everything went great and more of a conversation than and interview—at the end of the zoom I was offered another zoom interview with who would have been my team mates, that was scheduled for the next day-and the 2 on 1 interview went well, more informative about the role and company and then I was told that they were still in the interview process with other candidates but I should hear something soon. This was all in October ( I applied for the role end of September). This brings me to the constant back and forth emails with the recruiter with the whole “I should know more information by Friday” “they still haven’t made a decision but I will let you know with an update” and pretty much just a handful of back and forth for the last month and a half. At this point I expect it was a waste of time and it’s been almost 3 weeks since my last response from the recruiter. Very unprofessional experience and way to much interviews and back and forth for essentially an entry level position.
