Recruiter reached out to me first, initial interview with recruiter, initial interview with VP and Director, then they have an additional round of interviews with the HR director, Senior VP, a presentation and round table interview. The questions mainly centered around past experience. I had prepped for the presentation and that interview was cancelled 24 hours before. Then, two months later another recruiter reached out again for the same postion, I think their process is a bit chaotic.
