You email the company your resume through their site. Couple of days later if you qualify which most people do, you will receive a call from one of the 2 HR people. It will be a quick over the phone interview asking if you have anything coming up in the next 6 months and your availability. They state the shifts they want you to work which is Monday to Friday 1pm to 9pm and every other Saturday 10am to 6pm. If you agree, you will invited to in person interview right on the phone. They will ask you to bring 3 references with you. As soon as you arrive, you will be filling out your application form and doing a math test. If you pass the math test, you will be interviewed by an HR person. You will be asked basic personality questions and about your experience. If you pass that interview, you will be interviewed by a Team Lead. The TL will ask you to sell them a product over a phone and they will make it a hard sell. In order to pass you will have to close the sale or come close. If you pass, you will get a call close to the training day and they will send you package which you have to print and bring it with you.

Hiring was for Rogers process, general questions about the latest mobile phone and its features were asked. How a sale would be closed was asked. Interview starts with a Phone Call Interview, then a personal interview, then a technical interview where your pay will also be discussed and your good to go.
