First conversation with Recruiter:
1. One UK panel round.
2. One Indian panel round.
3. HR discussion
After clearing the First round, again change in process:
1. UK panel round. (cleared)
2. Assignment (Was a pretty challenging task)
3. Assignment discussion with Indian Panel
4. HR discussion.
After clearing the Assignment part, again the processes changed:
1. UK panel round. (cleared)
2. Assignment (cleared)
3. UK Panel round (3 hrs, 3 members)
4. HR discussion.
After the second UK Panel round, no update from the recruiter if you are selected or not.
After investing more than a week's time in the process to complete the assignment and take the interview, they don't even bother to share any feedback. (Not even the panel responded to my follow up mail).
