Contacted by HR, they found my profile on linkedin. First round with my senior future coworkers - explaining the position, asking why I want to attend. HR called to set up the second interview after a week. Second interview contained of shadowing and then test of the processes from the shadowing communication with the customer, english, orientation in document and basic excel. After the test was done and results clear I spoke with manager and was told I was hired.
