Had two interviews over the phone with multiple managers and techs conferenced in, as I was not in the city. Mostly a technical interview. Not many personality profile based questions.
Be honest about what you know, how fast you learn, and what you need to work on. If they find out you're not what you said you are, you'll be sent packing.

Was straight through but the questions were not really related to the job. The topics were relevant but really had nothing to do with your ability to perform the role they were hiring for. Overall, it was very easy to get through
