Unorganized; HR staff who scheduled the interview was completely unprofessional and disorganized - I had to instruct her on next steps because she was clueless and could barely speak English. They wanted me to spend a lot of money to certify my degrees BEFORE they gave me an offer. What a joke. Interview panel started arguing with each other when they were interviewing me.

It was online interview via Zoom .. the committee included 5 faculty members .. I have been asked to deliver a presentation for the first 10 min, the they started to ask me questions .. They asked me to introduce myself at the beginning, and asked why I want to take this opportunity, and what I will add to the department. I have been asked about my teaching philosophy .. how to engage students in the class .. some questions were about my research.
