Went to an Open-house and they offered me the job right away. Make sure you do homework about Zara beforehand. They want to know if you have a passion for fashion and for the company.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
