The manager takes you to a room in the back and asks you questions regarding your resume. They are looking for someone who is energetic and hardworking, so you should display an optimistic attitude.
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
