Entrevista
There was a new store opening in my area so I decided to stop by and drop off my resume. The interview location was at a hotel lobby. When I got there, there was only one other girl filling out paperwork at a table. I introduced myself to the person in the front and they gave me a one page form to fill out. It was an easy form like my availability, past job experience, education...... After that I got an on the spot interview. It was a one on one interview and it felt comfortable but professional. I just had the interview yesterday and have not heard back but she said call backs would start in a week.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
