Fairly easy on site interview, not many complicated questions, mostly about past experiences and why wanting to work there. Also mostly fixed pay, not much room to negotiate. People were nice.
The interview was very quick with general questions about my experience, what are my weaknesses and other. Just bring in resume and ask if they are hiring. Manager will talk to you, and set up an interview. Be prepared, as the interview can happen on the spot.
