They do a group interview which is fairly easy, we all did the interview outside the store with one manager. They dont really look for anything to specific they are always welcoming to new people to retail and young people
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
