Já fiz entrevista lá duas vezes, na primeira não passei e na segunda eu passei.
A entrevista tem dois processos: um com os sub-gerentes e outro com a gerente geral.
Mas eu perguntei pros meus colegas na época e essas entrevistas são feitas diferentes dependendo da época e se tem alguma empresa tercerizada no meio.

1- Me fale sobre você, o que você fez, onde trabalhou, por que saiu (básico de todas as entrevistas).
2 - Me fale o que você sabe sobre a Zara.
Just a few simple questions, relax, but don't forget dress well. After all, it's a service job, your appearance is the first impression the company shows to customers. Personal basic skills are also important. You better good at communicating and be able to showcase the highlights of the clothing to customers.

At a shop working as a seller for the company in Athens. The interview went fine and it felt easy. Overall there were no hard questions, so I expected to get an offer but I did not.

Entrevista
It was very intense and they make you believe they are going to offer you such and such position, but in the end they are just bluffing. They just tell you that if you get the job you work in a team and it´s all nice and peaceful. In reality the competition in store is insane adn I have heard that a alot of people quit after a short period of time
