I enquired in store about job vacancies, and then when I gave the manager my CV I had a brief chat with her before being offered an interview on the spot. I had an interview with one member of management. He then consulted with the others before making a decision.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
