Here are some tips of how I wish I did (and what I learned after I behaved very much the opposite). I was part of a group interview, which for me was strange given that I'm in between shy and outgoing. During this kind of interview you will learn a lot about yourself (and they will!) because there will always be someone to take control over it and it's important if you ever make yourself heard from there. Also, don't fight it. Just keep being friendly and alleviate as much as you can the very clear and unavoidable comparison that is taking place between candidates. Choose a spot where you can face them. It's necessary that they see you and remember you as much as possible. Speak up your mind and don't let one ask all the questions "just because you have the same unclarities" because what matters, in the end, is that you spoke less than you should have. Definitely try to stand out with something. In my case, there were such diverse people ( 5 in total ) and I couldn't allow myself to say "yes me too". Try to know a lot about the shop, its history and why it is different from its competitors. Anything that shows your interest adds up. The interview took 1h.
