C'était un entretien collectif pour un CDD d'un mois pouvant devenir un CDI par la suite, nous étions sept face à deux responsables. On nous a demandé de :
- nous présenter
- dire ce que l'on sait sur l'enseigne (parler des marques d'Inditex et du concept Zara)
- citer une qualité et un défaut
- décrire les attentes du poste
Ça a duré en tout et pour tout 30 minutes, j'ai eu la réponse deux jours après.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
