Highly unprofessional and waste of time. I interviewed at Zalando Berlin in Feb 2021. Initial interview with HR and Team Lead. After3 months, I heard no word from the company and nobody replies to my email. Suddenly, I got an email that back to back interviews are scheduled. During the interview, a little girl was constantly interrupting in a video call session and the interviewer left the interview in a middle, which is highly unprofessional. Later the recruiter email me that he is trying to reach me but is unable to contact so he cannot proceed further with my application. I mean all communication is going on emails, then if you are trying to reach me, use the same medium of communication. The recruiter also set time for feedback call but didnt showed up. The JD keeps changing during the whole process and when I received the rejection email, the position was not for which I applied for. Company has outsourced the process for which they were looking a candidate and even the team members didn't know much about it,

The interview process was well-organized, beginning with a friendly greeting from the HR representative who made me feel comfortable right away. The questions asked were relevant to the role and allowed me to showcase my technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
