If you were interviewing yourself for this position, what would be your biggest concern or what would be a negative about you as a candidate?

This happened after I tried to talk to their HR lady for days and days and nobody responded. First, she scheduled me a meeting without even one email prior to that, then I had to explain to her that I can't attend before certain hours, in which case she just rescheduled the meeting at the same hour as before..then the interview with her was fast, 5 mins, she was late as well. The Team Lead was really bossy and proceed to ask me a lot of hard questions about their pricing strategies and how my previous experience was really irrelevant for their role, after I asked the HR lady a couple of times if I should prepare anything (she said no, it will be just a friendly chat).
