After resume shortlisting, i had to fill a form which asked basic questions related to my schooling and college. Some other questions like why this co, why this role etc. After my form got accepted i had to write an essay on a topic of their choice, basically its going to be related to equity research. Third round was an interview. After a week, I received my offer letter

you will only have to write an article on a given topic. They basically test your writing skills. Might ask one or two questions from your educational background. But that really doesnt matter. All that matters is how well you write the article.
