Applied online, had a good call with recruiter and strong call with hiring manager. Both in-depth and conversational. Sent follow up notes. Then completely ghosted. Additionally odd as they knew I was into investing and talk shop with local investors. So that’s possibly thousands of dollars in lost referrals for their services. A simple no, we’re moving forward with other candidates would’ve been fine.
