Hiring process included of 4 rounds which included online assessment to check your problem solving and critical thinking ability, next round was communication assessment to check your verbal and written communication, next round was case study round where you were suppose to solve an case study in 50-60 min, and final round was a hiring manager round.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
