Interview comprised of 3 rounds, first was an online cognitive test, followed by a case study assesment which also constituted interview around the case study with a senior associate followed by guesstimate questions. The final round was an interview with the manager.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
