phase one consists of mcq(aptitude), Problem solving deep dive, and automated interview.
MCQ were a bit easy, and psdd was a bit difficult as there was a lot to read and understand.
Automated interview was again an easy process.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
