This was a five-stage interview primarily consisting of an aptitude test, video round and then three other rounds in their office being case-study, EBT and HR/Director Round. The interview process was really mismanaged and messed up to be honest, It was a 12 hour-interview and we were only made to wait in this large room with barely any food and was really not informed about the lunch process or any breaks to be given to us while waiting for our interview. My case study which was handed out to me at 9, and was given time to finish till 10 was only reviewed by the interviewer at 4:00 pm. After clearing that round, which consisted of general questions about me and I was asked to explain how that case study truly works and my approach towards it. Thereon, I was eliminated in the EBT round after a great interview which was extremely professional and genuine. I was eliminated due to my lack of analytical ability.
