The process consists of a written test followed by three rounds of interview. The first interview is a case study kind of a thing in which you get a real life case and is a bit calculation intensive. Contains 4 questions out of 1 assess your analytical skills and the other three your calculations more or less. The second round is a behavioural interview where questions related to your resume are asked. Guesstimates(tricky ones) and puzzles are also there. Then the final round is the fit round in which you are interviewed by a person at the partner level. This round checks for you fit and more of HR type questions are asked like What two habits you would like to change before coming to ZS etc.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills

1 apti, 1 case study. Both were online. Then case study interview. If that would have been clear, next would have been hr. Online case studty round had 2 case studies. One was easy, 2nd one was medium.
