The interview process was a few steps. Spoke with an internal recruiter, took a behavioral test via the phone, which can be intimidating as they give you no feedback on your responses. Spoke with hiring manager, interviewed in-person with hiring manager and another region's manager, did a field ride with a territory manager, then a Zoom interview with the area director.

The first call was with a recruiter from ZOLL the second call is a personality test based on the Clifton Strengths Aptitude test. First interview had a good amount of information about the job and expectations of the role. Second interview was from a third-party company. After both interviews I was sent a generic rejection email.
