Visited the ZF booth during the career fair at the University and received an email for an interview for the next day. The first interview was largely behavioural. Received an email 3 weeks later for a 1:1 phone screen with the manager. The phone interview was resume based, with a few questions to test technical ability. Received another email for an on-site interview which was held 3 weeks after the phone round. On-site interview was with 3 managers. Questions based on technical skills and ability, lasted around 1 hr and 15 minutes. Received an offer 2 weeks later. Was told that delay between rounds was because the managers were traveling.
