Ein erstes Vorstellungsgespräch dient zur Abklärung, ob man zu der Firma passen würde. Das zweite Vorstellungsgespräch klärt dann die fachliche Eignung ab. Dabei wurden zuerst ein paar allgemeine Fragen gestellt. Dann kam ein kurzer praktischer Teil, bei dem ein Klassendiagramm zu einem Fall erstellt werden musste. Danach werden Fragen zu sämtlichen Aspekte des Software Engineering gestellt (Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Netzwerke, Agile Prozesse, ...) Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm, der Gesprächsleiter sorgte immer dafür, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung, auch wenn das Resultat leider negativ war.
