Entrevista
The first stage was a 30 minute phone interview with the Talent team leader. The second stage I had to do a presentation and present in front of the VP of Talent and Talent team lead. The first 2 stages were more difficult than the final stage, which is meeting with the Talent team. Overall, the 3 stage interview process is necessary so that I knew if this is the company I wanted to join and the company are sure about who they hire.
