Brief and very well organized. Friendly and inviting. They have different locations that they may interview you but it's usually based off the one you'd be stationed at. Which is nice.

Very fast, you must apply in person, where you initially meet the store manager, who is very nice. This is followed by an interview with the owner, who makes the final decision on whether to hire you. The interview takes place right outside the store, in the eating area as the place is very small.
