There were Two interviews and they were Via phone. No more than an hour each. after being selected, I did online training for about two weeks. The trainings took a long time with quizzes but it was still fairly easy to grasp.

The interview was quite challenging as they asked a number of very personal and reflective questions. The itnerviewers were very nice, but it is important to be prepared before going into the interview. Think about times when you advocated for a child or children, and think about what that means to you. Also think about human rights and how to approach situations in a mindful way. These are topics that were brought up in my interview.
