This process was a lot. Be prepared for at 5- 6 different interviews with long waits on a responses. Its good to find the right fits, but seems drawn out.
1 of the interviews consisted 2 groups of 4 interviewing you. Very intimidating but very great vibe.
Slow communication and interviewing for a job that would start in 4 months - this was only disclosed at the end of the interview process. Interviewer didn’t have much information on the role and mainly focused on my previous experience with the organization - professional skills seemed to be secondary
